Customer service is of vital importamce to us and we pride ourselves on this very thing. Sometimes this can be difficult to achieve as first we are an internet based business and second we are reliant on 3rd parties such as courier companies. We will respond to E-mails as soon as possible. Usually, they are read within 2-24 hours from receipt. At busy times, we may receive up to 1000 e-mails in any given day. An important note about Value Added Tax (VAT):We have altered our system to comply with the changes to VAT from 1st December 2008. Our shopping cart is designed in America and as a result, we have lots of custom coding that makes our cart work with the UK tax system. We are having problems changing the VAT on the product listing pages only.
The prices you currently see on every product page include VAT at 17.5%, but when you reach the checkout, your products will be charged to you at the new rate of 15% and your savings WILL be passed on to you.
