Full-Time Web Designer required (posted 25/09/2008)

We are looking for somebody with creative talent to work in a team with other people to develop our current e-commerce websites. The successful applicant will have experience targetting Google with SEO techniques, will be willing to try new ideas and come up with creative solutions to everyday web problems. The idea candidate will have some experience using e-commerce and shopping cart packages, along with an ability to quickly analyse data to improve performance. The candidate should have Excel and Access data skills, and be a bit of a 'nerd'. ;-)

Hours of work are 8-5, M-F. This is a great company to work for - we're growing when all around are shrinking and we have lots of fun, too.

The candidate MUST have a high standard of spoken and written English, as this is content to be published in the public domain and standards are important.

This position is to assist an executive for our company. You must have Chinese as your first or dual language, but be confident speaking English. You must have computer skills. Any knowledge of the chinese legal system would be excellent.

Online Marketing Executive

To work beneath the MD on a number of tasks, including Pay Per Click Marketing Campaigns on Google, create and distribute search engine friendly online press releases, identifying new traffic sources and opportunities. Experience in a direct mail or catalogue business or with another internet retailer would be ideal but not essential.

Technical Customer Services Advisor

To work in our busy technical support department advising customers on installation and all other aspect of technical queries on our products. Ideally suited to somebody with plumbing and/or heating knowledge.

Customer Services Advisors

To work in our busy customer services department. Contact with customers is done via e-mail and telephone so good typing skills and telephone manner are essential. Previous customer services experience is preferred.

eBay Account Manger

To organise and manage our busy eBay Shop, including updating listings, selling new products, researching selling price, best time to sell items etc. eBay selling experience is necessary.
